This game reminded me of the game when the Dolphins ran the wildcat offense on the patriots and kicked their ass. The obvious difference is Jackson is much much more than a RB in the wildcat offense. He is the decision maker with skills of his own.

Yeah, 33 to 3 in week 1 coupled with 20 years of ass whoopins has really got you confused.

confused about what? are you so angry that you can't even make sense? what am I confused about?

just take a couple deep breaths, rex. we're only halfway through the season.

Ravens are a good team, I think the biggest threat to the Pats in the AFC... A healthy KC team can also compete, but the Ravens have the better defense...

Be interesting to see how Lamar Jackson plays in the cold with bad field conditions in December/January... He's going to have to pass rather than run...

Uh, why would he suddenly have to pass when the weather gets worse? It's just the opposite... he'll run even more than he already does now. You make no sense.

I was thinking the same thing. Those hits take more of a toll in colder weather.

It wasn't that bad. After coming back from 17-0 the Patriots tightened it up and made it a close game for two quarters. Clearly Baltimore was the better team tonight.

I guess the 85 Bears have nothing to worry about. :rolleyes2:

you’re right. That dolphins game was hideous. If Julian doesn’t fumble it may have been a different game.

listening to the post game interviews was insightful. McCourty said that the ravens did stuff that the pats hadn’t seen before. I’m sure the pats wanted to win this game but I don’t think they wanted to show everything. There’s a good chance they see these guys again and I’m not sure what else the ravens can show them.

I seriously was getting a bad feeling about the players on the pats. They were talking all that “boogeyman” stuff. They were talking about darnold seeing ghosts. This week they came out with a video about that defense.

this brings them back to reality.

Nothing like an embaressing loss to get the players to pay attention to Bill.
Only good thing about this game otherwise? I can't seem to get this game on Game Pass.....

After the Ravens first drive I thought two things

1: Crap, the Ravens did this to the Patriots in a play off game
2: Could be a 59-0 game

Julian Edelman taking the blame for the loss. Not all on him at all. Certainly didn't help but the defense being uncharacteristically bad and jumping offsides which allowed Lanar to walk in for the touchdown and the offense sucking in the red zone (not tying game at halftime) were the true reasons why not Edelman

Tip of my cap to you Ravens and ok to yours well @Oldschool739 @Money

meh, i had this as a loss, thus no pre-posting from me or gloating pregame. this was gonna be a challenge. i think they could have won if not for edelmans fumble and 2 bonehead penalties. they were on a 20-7 run at one point i believe.
they fought. thats all i ask. and jackson didnt get 200 yards.
