But on a side note, looked at the box, a serving size is 1/3 cup mix.....with 1/4 cup water.........from that your supposed to be able to make 3, 4inch pancakes............riiiight

I made 1 cup mix with 3/4 cup water and got 3 4inch pancakes

I only make buttermilk pancakes for the record.
Do a whole box at a time and freeze them.

Fuck that pre made mix shit man.

1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 T sugar
2 T oil
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t cinnamon

I put a splash of reg milk in with it to make 'em thinner

cook on Med heat in skillet with just a little oil for each batch. Fucking wonderful.

wife uses the bisquick mix but rather than adding milk she used unsweetened almond milk...tons better. I don't like that crap, she does. But it was all she had. The pancakes were twice as fluffy and had better taste. I made some with my 2% the next weekend and they were flat. Almond milk is good for those instant mixes en sech.

Right there with you but instead of the buttermilk I usually use Almond milk, add a little vanilla and almond extract. If anyone ever tries to get crazy, omit the almond extract and use almond mill instead of All Purpose Flour. BTW...if you go to the store and see the almond mill super expensive Trader Joes has it cheap or get the food processor out and mill up some almonds yourself.

You put baking soda twice... I'm sure one was meant to be powder, but I dunno which.
