her 30 day ban* excludes her from her own 100meter race, but would be over in time for the relay event.

for which she was banned for 30 days.
a penalty which she accepted, and will therefore miss the 100M event.

however, that penalty will be fully served prior to the relay event.
So there is no reason for her to be excluded from the relay team.
