This last year it's impossible to say who would've won between ND and OSU. Both teams had games where they looked awesome and both had games where they looked like shit. How the hell did Minny spank the shit out of Purdue when we looked like shit against them?

I think the OSU-ND matchup would've been interesting, but neither team was the best team in the country.

Doubt that we had a very good o- line, not as good as Bama's. ND's offense was pretty poor other than Eiffert and the running game. I think tOSU would of had the best shot against ND than really any of the top 10 teams.

The difference is it is one gane that you have over a mont to prepare, you cpuld of had a year to prepare still a blowout against Bama. Urban with a month is pretty dangerous, I think OSU wins by 7-10 pts, you wouldn't be able to stop the running game for 4 quarters in a fast paced offense. Only one ND saw all season was Oklahoma....and yah

I'm sorry to break it to you, but...

They are only at the top of those rankings because the big time recruits don't usually commit until late in the year. Once the 5 stars start committing, don't expect to stay there.

But nice solid effort I'll give you guys that. Especially considering what I've heard from inside your AD about how bad a shape Dooley left things in last year(heard he basically did no recruiting midway through the season, and neither did much of the other coaching staff because they knew what was coming). Gotta be a huge step up from that.
