Dbacks with the best record in the NL. Almost the best in the MLB. ;)

Another afternoon game and another loss for the Giants. Won their second straight series though.

Good heavens! The Giants gave up 14 runs with two outs. Can't anybody close out an inning?

So the Dodgers got owned by a substitute teacher last night. By Vegas odds it was the biggest MLB upset in a decade.

Kinda got screwed by a bogus balk call in Game 2. Definitely not a series to remember.

Who knows..

The question is - will Corbin last? And will Jake Lamb ever play a game again? And if he does....will he EVER be able to get a hit off a left handed pitcher?

I believe Corbin will continue to do well this year. Will he be able to pitch like he is now all year, I doubt it, but he is going to be good enough to get alot of wins.

Lamb will play again, but I bet it won't be for atleast another month. Souza will be back sooner then Lamb and I look forward on see how he can contribute to the team..

You are right doug. I believe the Dodgers have won the division 5 years in a row. But as you like to say...."Where are the rings?" In those 5 years, the Dodgers made it to the WS only ONCE. The Tigers have done better. LOL

BTW doug.....when was the last Dodger World Championship? Just as a reference, the D'Backs won it all in THIS century....2001 to be exact. :)

LOL. I live in AZ, so I follow the D'Backs. But I was born and raised in Detroit...so I have a life long connection to the Tigers as well.
Can't speak for doug....but he is known to be a front-runner, so I suppose he has attached himself to the Dodgers, seeing as how they have been successful (and likely will still be this year) while the Tigers struggle through a rebuild. Last year, he jumped on the Astros' bandwagon.
