yeah, I know this is the Phillies page but what can I say, I'm too lazy to go to the NFL page. Anyway, why is it that with all the rule changes that are allowing Peyton Manning to have a great year there are so many teams with an absolutely anemic offense? Tampa, St. Louis, Jacksonville , Arizona come to mind. I'd put the 49ers in there but they have been winning with that conservative offense for a few years now.
