Pretty simple - post your top-ten picks, forgetting team.

Scoring is (how far off your pick is) x (11 minus the number of the pick)

So your #1 pick is multiplied by ten - if you're off by 3 it counts 30 - and your #10 is multiplied by one - if you're off by 7 it counts 7.

Low score wins very fleeting FF forum fame.

My picks:

#1 Stroud
#2 Young
#3 Anderson
#4 Levis
#5 Carter
#6 Wilson
#7 Richardson
#8 Nolan Smith
#9 Skoronski
#10 Bijan

Nobody buying the hype of Young at #1, I guess.

A WR at 6, fair, but not the only one deserving enough to be a first round selection?

I'm expecting Detroit to fuck it up somehow. Haven't really had any good luck drafting WRs in recent history. They've either not panned out like they should have or ended up gambling their career away.

Sun God would rather gamble on sports than play them apparently. That says alot about his character and priorities. 1st round pick, played 6 games, 9 targets and has more drops than catches. IDK, not too confident in him panning out. But let's take a look at the previous 5 WRs they drafted:

2020 1st Round: Jameson Williams - Would rather gamble on sports than play them professionally.
2021 4th Round: Amon-Ra St. Brown - Probably the best of this bunch.
2020 5th Round: Quintez Cephus - Would rather gamble on sports than play them professionally, just like Jameson.
2019 6th Round: Travis Fulgham - On to his 3rd team now, only lasted 1 year with Detroit
2017 3rd Round: Kenny Golladay - Had 1 good year, but now on a different team.

So, in the last 5 drafts, which spans 6 years, 2 of the WRs drafted will be suspended due to conduct that violates NFL rules, 2 aren't on the team anymore and 1 is thriving. 20% success rate with drafting WRs. Not too confident that they will choose correctly this draft lol.

well to be fair, outside of William and Golladay, they're all day 3 picks, that's not high value draft capital and you don't really expect a ton out of WR's drafted that low. You hope they can play special teams, maybe return kicks, and fill in as the 4th or 5th WR. anything above that is just bonus gravy. So I don't really count that against them too much. And that one that is doing well is not only a hit, but a virtual homerun. And that's IF you completely boil Golladay down to his one year and completely write Williams off. For me, IMHO, I would say all 3 of those were hits, which gives them a much better track record than they had under Matt Millen

ARSB and JaMo are the only two drafted by the current regime.

It’s a horrible franchise, but that is not on Brad Holmes.

Millen still remains the only Lions GM to draft a HOF WR. Took him enough tries, but he did it.
