Can't win in this league with a poor defense and a poor offense. You need to be good on one side of the ball at least

Yep this team is awful. Very flawed roster. The guys are lazy on defense. I can't remember a Heat defense this shitty ever.

It's embarrassing.

And as I said before Pat acted like Lebron was still on the team and acted like this small ball garbage would still work.

We don't play defense, we don't rebound, we don't contest shots, we don't block shots, and we suck on offense.

Honestly if nothing changes this is a 35-38 win team.

In those years Riley had a designed plan, leading up to what hopefully would and did happen.

This year, LeBron totally fucked him over.

Pretty hard to be good defensively when the vast majority of your opponents have better pg's and bigs.

I just don't get why Riley thought this small ball garbage can still work without Lebron. He destroyed this team in free agency. He had a chance to change from small ball and he stuck with that garbage

This coaching staff is awful and can't adjust to their team. Wade and Bosh are not capable of playing defense without Lebron. I thought they would likely be a 7th seed and win only 42 games, but this team may miss the playoffs and not get to 40. Could we be as bad as the Cavs were the last couple of years?

If you don't think its coaching, see what the Cavs are doing. Spoles got too much credit for having a scoring champ in Wade during his first two years and 3 of the best players in the world for 4 years. Can't believe we got rid of our old coaches.

You can change the system...It isn't that hard.

Sign/trade for a real C instead of Josh and move Bosh back to PF. Isn't rocket science.

Instead of signing guys who all play the same position ( Deng, Granger, Williams, & McRoberts), sign some bigger players
