Joey, we are getting this idea because Ryan Pace said the possibility was very real in his press conference on the subject. He wasn't definitive, but it is clear that he would rather let White fully heal then throw him back out there. It depends how he progresses.

That is not the point though. You clearly state how building muscle rapidly is what causes the injury. Why in gods name would anyone want to rush him back to the field since it would do exactly that, cause him to build muscle rapidly. Thats just plain stupid once you are dealing with the facts.

Well. Marquis Wilson made it a whole 2 quarters of preseason before pulling his hamstring.

It makes sense to make a trade now instead of waiting for cuts. There are plenty of players here that are not going to make this club. "OLB's" that are really 4-3 ends. At least you show your fan base you realize there is a problem. Mr Big arm quarterback is gonna throw short passes all year.
