No.

Because Carolina's rushing 1st downs get divided 3 ways, and CJ may have the least of them all.

Same with Ajayi. Philly has stated they want to keep him fresh for the playoffs. Probably looking at a frustrating 12 touches per game or so.

not sure if Barkley makes it passed the first guy - he's keeping Diggs (6), Watson (17), Mack (16), and Doyle (15) - - - - he hasn't admitted it yet, but I'm pretty sure he jumped on the Colts bandwagon when the Rams left.

At half a point, I'm not bumping much of anyone. Just isn't enough to make a difference, especially given every RB and every QB gets plenty of them. Car and Dallas were higher than most due to running QB's..which isn't even scored. After that there's barely ten points worth of difference between #3 and #15, I would hazard a guess the gap doesn't grow a whole lot from there to 32.
As for the QB's, does an extra 1-1.5 points a week in first downs really make you want Big Ben or Stafford or Rivers over anyone typically ahead of them, or even in the same tier?

Rising tide lifts all boats, and in this case I don't see it enough of a rising tide to make anyone slightly better than the next guy at it, to make it any type of deciding factor.

Its not like this is full point ppr and we're talking Theo Riddick vs Blount.

Now if it were just straight first downs, no difference whether passing or rushing, or even if RB's got receiving first downs, I could see obvious bumps for certain guys, Wilson, Cam, and Dak would get a slight bump for having the extra rushing 1st's, the typical ppr backs would be every so slightly more attractive.

I think we can all agree that he SHOULD take Barkley - but these guys go off the reservation fairly regularly when it comes to draft day
(which is why I'm usually making a deep playoff run annually!)

Exactly - we have extended benches for those instances too (10tm, 17 round draft)

The guy that got Rodgers was 1 spot ahead of me on waiver, or I could've had Ertz, Kamara, Odell, and Rodgers, plus all of my top 7 picks!

99.9% sure that I'm going Keenan Allen and CMC to start - 1st pick is taking Barkley, I've confirmed it 2x, lol

so as for 9 and 12 - most of the value on the board is going to be in WR, as I expect best RB out there to be Royce Freeman, Burkhead, Dion Lewis, Lynch, and Lamar Miller

very uninspiring group, imo, but a lot seem to be on the Royce hype train right now and this is where his ADP is falling - high 40s, currently.
