There were all sorts of people in here who didn't think Seattle would be good, but you really can't come up with an explanation other than "sensitive 12s" as to why you're getting grief about it to a much larger degree than the rest? Since your deductive reasoning skills seem to be about as good as your football predictions, I'll clue you in: those other fans weren't arrogant dicks when putting their opinions out there. And when arrogant dicks say stupid crap that ends up being totally wrong, they tend to get it fed back to them. You can ignore everything going on around you and dismiss it as
"12s being sensitive" while others realize it's more about natural consequences that come from being an arrogant dick.

I think you are right, especially about the Saints. I think they could give the Rams a lot to handle but I don't think they will face them. Facing them a third time? Might not be what Rams fans want when the Hawks scored 31 both meetings this year. Not trying to say they will go in and win but division rival wins are never easy and 3 times/ yr is rare. I know Saints/ Panthers last year but it is rare.
If (and this is only an if here) they can go into Dallas and sneak out a win, I would think they have to play in the Superdome in the division round. Doesn't matter what team it is, that will be a tall task. The only thing that upsets that scenario is either the Eagles or Vikes going into Chicago and winning. Of course possible but odds certainly stacked against them.

According to Vegas they were the odds on favorite to be the worst team in the league, or at least close to it.

Let me recap.
Experts, me and some 12s predict a rather than stellar 2018 season for the Hawks.
Seattle sucks first part of season. Majority of 12s aren't heard from.
Seattle makes playoffs and Boom the most sensitive NFL fanbase comes out in droves.
