I know it's not realistic, but since he plays like a girl, I wish we could send him to the Sparks and tell them he identifies as woman and therefore under the new laws - He can become one
Roaches and ants are always hard to terminateI thought he was going to be gone after FA was done.
I predict nothing - With all of the new and young talent - he will be the last man standing and could get waived if the Lakers were to decide Auguste is better.Let's just see what he does under Luke, shall we?
I hope the year you saw that was before 2020I've been to the future and seen it, the Lakers go 64-18 next season.

He's definitely a clown. I wouldn't be even a little disappointed to see him get unloaded.
Yeah - I would love to see them waive or trade Nick for Auguste or there is another guy who drafted 4th a few years ago and is trying to get back on track. The Lakers might even sign one of them and trade one of the undrafted with Young for something better. Naturally the other team would do that just to get the new talent and then waive Young if that were to happencan him, keep Auguste. THAT kid has no issue with giving 100% effort...
Well he is older -so I think that is a natural thingAmazing how Metta is more mature then Nick.

The thing of it is that Young is on the downside of his career and isn't even good enough to be a mediocre player, so yes - I say give it to one of the younger guys that can compete, but they will most likely send some of them down to the D league and save some of them in case of injuries.I would let Auguste complete with Thomas Robinson, who is likely more talented, for that spot.

The problem with trading Nick Young is that no one wants him. The Lakers have had him on the trading block for at least 2 years and can't even get an expiring contract or borderline d-leaguer for him.
Imo, the Lakers have 3 choices with him:
1.) They can keep him on the roster, hope that he's finally grown up and that he plays well enough that they can get something for him in trade at the deadline. Of course, depending on how the season is going, they may want to keep him if he's playing well.
2.) Keep him through the season and hope to trade him next year when he becomes an expiring contract.
3.) Just waive him and eat the money.
At this point, he literally has zero trade value. You can't trade a player that no one wants.
I couldn't imagine anyone who wouldn't agree with Shopson. Young is worse the Smush ParkerI'll totally agree with that shopson.
