Lakers probably end up with the 7-9th pick so if we sneak down to #10 then that would be cool I guess.

Two top 10 picks and all the trade assets we already have would set us up nicely. We aren't making the playoffs so we might as well start tanking now.

Even if we made the playoffs as an 8 seed with this roster, what the hell is the point? Playoffs are cool sure, and we haven't been there since 2010, but I only want to make the playoffs if there is a chance of advancing deep. I would rather have a lottery pick than be an 8 seed that has absolutely zero chance of winning 1st round. Playoff experience is nice and useful, but give me a top 10 pick (even in this potentially weak draft class) over 4 games of "experience" while the Warriors slaughter this team.
