Hear Hear. I'd guess the actual Heisman winner is not the best player in the country 75% of the time. It's basically what QB on what high profile team ran the score up the most in their wins. If I'm looking at Heisman winners this century, I'd say Burrow, Winston, Manziel, Newton, and Tebow are the only clear winners (though half of those should probably be disqualified since it's also supposed to consider character), and Crouch and Smith are maybes.

FWIW, it sucks that Ohio State is not playing. Wish they could find a way.
