Maybe you're not getting enough distance between them when you go hide somewhere. If they see you duck in a place, they'll just follow you. I have hardly any trouble with it now that I figured the system out. Like I'll rob a store, hop on my motorcycle, and stop in an alley close by while the cops never have a clue where I am.

Ill give it a try im still on the first segment. so there is still a lot of stuff to figure out.

agreed I hate the dot for the crosshairs I can never see the damm thing when im shooting ppl.

Yup, that's probably my biggest gripe as well. It's not even worth having the dot there if it's going to be so small.

Ill try the switching cars, but I mean I have done this and tried to avoid them and I have hidden as best I could and they still know where I am I hid in a parking garage up a few levels and they knew I was there.

Looks like an awesome game but it seems pointless to buy now when the next generation systems are about to hit the market.

I disagree. The next generation systems are not coming out for another 2 months basically so you have 2 months to have fun with GTA and beat the game.

I'm not getting NBA2k because it is pointless because I like to play the 82 game season but a game like GTA with a story mode that you can finish in 2 weeks, I don't think it is pointless

I think it's the opposite. I feel it's pointless to get the next gen consoles for at least another year until they come out with more titles and fix the bugs. With GTA V, my decision to hold off on getting a next gen console becomes even easier.

2 months is barely any time to wait. GTAs have always taken me a lot longer than 2 weeks to 100% complete.

All games initially have bugs but there are always updates that come along in a timely fashion. I don't think that is anything to worry about unless you're worried about the actual hardware in the systems.

FYI: The garage bug I mentioned a few days ago has been fixed. Rockstar released an update today that fixed several glitches including that one. You shouldn't have to worry about cars you buy disappearing now

I don't have gold so I couldn't say first hand but I've read that they've had server issues (both Xbox and PSN). Today was the first day so it's probably getting worked out now

I decided to finish the expansions that came with my GTA 4 before I get 5. Finished The Ballad of Gay Tony Tuesday, started The Lost and Damned yesterday.

Trevor is hilarious. While I was playing today, I switched to him and he was on a scooter on the freeway chasing down another guy on a scooter yelling "SCOOTER BROTHERS! Slow down we're scooter brothers! WOOO!"

I doubt the system price will drop for another couple of years.
