The good news is we are shooting 59 percent. The bad news is that our historically bad defense continues. They are shooting 55 percent. Outside of that last 3, our defense including inability or unwillingness to block out has given them easy shots. If we don't improve, we could lose by 20.

Just to show you how bad our rebounding is this season.

We are last at 35 while the team above us is at 39 rebounds per game....That is huge

Napier 0 for 3and the suns 3-3 shooting 100 percent in second. This with different players. Scheme is broken and the lineup was awful. Need Bosh, Deng or Wade on the court at all times. Another skunk coming I think.

End the first with a lead, trail at half by a few, & the game will be out of hand by the end of the 3rd

Our perimeter defense is really awful. If I am Spolestra, I take out Wade and Cole to send a message.

In the case of Cole, it probably would send a message and he would probably respond well, with Diva -- very doubtful

If Spo doesn't want to change his scheme...The least he could do is change his substitution pattern to show that he's trying something new.

Sagging off 3 point shooters makes absolutely no sense

The Dragic 3 I can live with. If a player is going to hit a contested 3, all we can do is tip our hat.

This double teaming the ball is NOT working.

If Spo doesn't want to change his scheme...The least he could do is change his substitution pattern to show that he's trying something new.

Or his players can try something new and try a little harder on both ends. Doing well so far offensively.

Spolestra can't even control his assistant coaches from getting dumb technicals. A little more effort won't help with the roster and scheme we have.

This double teaming the ball is NOT working.

If Spo makes a minor adjustment and defend the P&R differently, I honestly think you would see improvement in our numbers.

Less double teams= Less open shots

Less Open shots= A lower fg % for our opponent.

A lower fg%= Improved defensive numbers

Improved defensive numbers= more wins

This isn't rocket science boys

May not be THE issue but it is ONE and a MAJOR one at that. If you dont think that is an issue, you are stupid and ignorant.... but we knew that already.
