My point is more to do with term. Nobody is signing for long terms so far this year. Lou appears to be slow to adapt.

Granted this could be a load of shit if the next few guys sign for a long time but so far it stands.

Yeah Stasny only signing for 4 years shocked me. This was his big chance to cash in. Not that 7 mil a year isnt cashing in but I doubt he'll be the best UFA on the market again.

Camm for 5 years kinda blows but the 5per year is reasonable. Guy scored 26 goals in 63 games last season. That is some really good production. To me its a good start. Lots of overpayment early on. Rags overpay for Dan Boyle, Oilers overpayed for both their signings. Jokinen gets 4 a year in Florida.

Vanek and Niskanen must be licking their chops right now

Stastny has less injury potential, but Camm is definitely the better goal scorer.
