as long as a player is in the minors he is a minor league player...

but we are using the normal MLB rookie status of 130 PA or 50 IP...

you must activate a player within 2 weeks(gives you enough time to make the adjustments necessary)

if a player in the minors has these requirements already, when they are sent back up to the majors they must be activated within 2 weeks...
