I love Zeke, but RB is a position that in my mind is the easiest position to fix/ replace. Meaning I think depending where we draft, and who we pick up through FA, will determine what I think we should draft. Forte and many other RBs will test FA and maybe that is the direction we should go. The longevity of a RBs career is much shorter than an OT. I still like Conklin. I like quite a few guys on the defense as well. Hargraeves is an interesting guy who I think would excell in our defense. He is a Florida guy, which Roseman will have a chubby over. Now, if we trade back and get more picks, I'm still on the Vonn Bell bandwagon as our safety. Jenkins, Bell, and Rowe in a very solid secondary. Draft a LB somewhere and a QB. FA we can get a WR, RB, OL, etc?

I was thinking Eagles would sign Carrol even if Maxwell stayed. He should come at a decent price. Osemele played decent at tackle. It doesn't mean he is a tackle but he's worth a good buck and is an awesome run blocking guard. I'd personally like to get Swartz who had a very nice year and stepped up his pass blocking big time.

Swartz and a guard like Allen or Brandon Brooks would be fine with me (I'd also draft oline). Peters either accepts his new position at guard or he gets sent packing. Re-do his contract (give him some guaranteed money or whatever needs to be done) and sell him on extending his career at guard.

Miami probably asked for kiko in the deal. He's locked in at a great rate for a young talented LB. I wouldn't want to deal him away but if we had to lose kiko to get Maxwell's money back so be it.

I just hope Kiko doesn't fail the physical canceling the whole deal.

Wouldn't shock me one bit ... leaving Maxwell in no man's land mentally. I was pretty stoked when we got him last year ... what a complete let down.

The Eagles are guarding that secret a lot better than Hellary guarded Top Secret emails. I am wondering if they are worried about the fallout if it is a bag of balls.

Word in Miami is that we swapped 1st round spots and gave back either a 4th or 5th rounder. I think the Eagles are after DB Jalen Ramsey which would require another move up; probably to the 3rd spot with San Diego.

I agree, and it makes complete sense. It's not gong to be cheap though. San Diego could also want Ramsey, since they are losing Weddle.

Draft picks. Plus Murray brings a couple of late round picks from Tennessee. So, we'll probably wind up with about 13 picks total, which Howie will try to package to move way up. Rey mentioned that Ramsey may be the target, and I agree. Ramsey can play Safety and CB. He may be the best player n the draft, or at least one of the top 5 anyway. It will depend upon Howie signing 2 guards in free agency tomorrow.

I think it's a win-win for both teams. Maxwell and Kiko could both be top line players no matter what happened here last year. But if we can get to 8 and bag a couple later picks that would be awesome for Pederson and we may be targeting a QB.
