During the announcement of the rules, when they announce that Philly has the most combinations, the Philly representative and his daughter repeatedly fist bump / high five each other.

They also whisper something to each other after that, during the rules / procedure overview.


After Philly wins # 1, the representative and his daughter high five each other with both hands, then he kisses her head.

Both then shake hands with the Lakers representative.


When the Lakers win the # 2 pick, the Philly representative doesn't acknowledge the Lakers representative for 5 seconds. Finally the daughter high-fives the Lakers representative.


When Boston wins # 3, the representative's wife/gf puts her hand on her guy's hand.


The 2016 video is the only one where you can clearly see the guy with his back to the machine, raising his hand, to signal when to draw the next ball.
