I don't think Evero is here longer than one more year anyway, especially if we promote him to interim HC.

We know 1 thing right now, and that is that Hackett ain't him. So give Evero a shot to see if he is.

If so great. Nice bonus of him being a minority what with the makeup of ownership and the Elway/Broncos lawsuit.

If he's still too raw we let him stay if new HC wants him. Rare, but who knows.

Please no Bieniemy. I am hesitant on any more coaches that have a good head coach and top flight QB potentially bumping up their stock.

Yeah, I think our next coach is going to be someone with experience. We will probably make a run at Sean Payton, but I don't think we give up the draft capital it would take with him being under contract with the Saints. Quinn will be a hot name and probably the favorite since he was a finalist last year.

You think we take a stab at someone like Bill Cowher or Bruce Ariens? Try to talk Kubes back?

I don't know. 1st time guys don't seem bad if they are from that Shanny/McVay tree. Maybe Evero isn't that bad of a choice.

As for the original question, I think it depends on if he loses the locker room, which may have already happened.
