At least it's Anderson tonight.

Anderson and Ray are IMO worthy of our team in the current rotation + Reliever/Closer Ziegler .

I would also add Goldy, Pollock, Ender, Tomas, Lamb as our main line-up.

I could honestly care less if anyone else not noted was traded away for a real Catcher and/or Better Pitching.

I see Hill in the Line-up below, why?

YAY! No Collmenter tomorrow..

We got Webster starting. Wasn't going to watch the game since it was Collmenter and having to stream it on my computer, but looking forward to it now.

Another good outing from Anderson. I guess he needs to pitch more near no-hitters in order to register more wins.

I am fully behind moving Collmenter to the BP, but I don't understand bringing up Webster to take his place in the rotation. The guy was wrecked in Reno, after a few starts was put on the DL, & hasn't pitched in more than a month. I just don't get it. He must have been in extended spring training or something, working on his mechanics...

There were other options out there. Blair pitched tonight for Mobile. He could have been pushed back a day & called up to pitch tomorrow. I guess they didn't want to outright anyone off the 40 man roster to add Blair. Delgado could have been an option. He has only pitched 1 inning this week & that was on Wednesday.

It looks like Pacheco passed through waivers & will accept his assignment to Reno. I think he is a good guys to have in the system. He is not really good at any one thing, but being below-average to average at many different things does have value. Especially when the team gets around to trading some pieces before the trade deadline.

Tomas is way too aggressive. Opponents love free swingers! They are the ultimate rally killer. Patience is the difference between and okay hitter and a good hitter.
