A bit surprising Mahomes II is the only responsible adult in the room over there it seems like.

Seriously, though.."hey dad, this guy is your driver. Just give him a call anytime anywhere".. it wouldn't cost him a week's pay for the year.

Once you get a little older and supposedly smarter, you put an uber number in your cell phone just for that type of scenario.....
Also, all he had to do was tell the bartender or wherever he was who he is,they would be lining up to volunteer giving him a ride home.....

Theres no excuses.......

There was a 4 year old child in the car. I just can't get past that.

I can't get past the taking "full responsibility" narrative being thrown around after he fled the scene without caring at all.....Now the spin is on to save his career and games suspended.....

It varies. In Arizona it's at least 10 days in jail for the 1st offense plus a fine. I think it's tougher here than it used to be most places though. I got 4 points and a $500 fine in 1980...my only one.
In the UK the 1st offence is a ban for a minimum of 1 year. A 2nd offence is normally more draconian. The alcohol limit in Scotland is considerably lower.

No doubt he fucked up in a MAJOR fuckin' way. It's like being sorry you got caught instead of being sorry for doing the deed...

Chances imo he's pretty much done in KC at least...

It's the run part that really fucked him...

RAC ain't good after an auto accident...
I agree. With video's out in the public eye of him walking away from the accident the prosecutor is going to feel he has to come down hard. Have to send a message that leaving the scene of a accident then turning yourself in days later IS NOT OK. Why would someone leave a accident knowing it is illegal? Drunk? Drugs? Weapons? Has to be something ....right? That is why they made it illegal to leave a accident and if they don't enforce it leaving a scene of a accident is going to become more of a problem.
