Yeah it's like they want hits on their twitter or whatever but they know the jist of it. That's why I never buy into it and just wait. If something happens it happens but I have heard the last couple days something is in the works and that is from Browns players as well. Take that as it is lol

I'm not saying something wont go down but a FO does not tell anyone of trade plans unless a deal is agreed on. why would they let a guy's name get out when he might not even be moved?

They can just make shit up and there's no accountability.

All that said....doesn't mean it's not fun and I cannot wait for next week.

This rumor about Zeitler being included is interesting bc they drafted Corbett last year in the 2nd but his arms were too short to be a tackle, more suited for a guard. He would replace Zeitler if they trade him. Zeitler is $12.4M a year

The draft picks I am hearing is either a 2nd or 4th or a combo of picks but not hearing anything close to a 1st

Absolutely, keeping their 1st and get OBJ is a BIG win. Zeitler is a damn good OL but they will survive. It's not too often to get one of the best and talented WR's in the league. Him and Jarvis played at LSU together so some chemistry there too.

Well the rumors is Zeitler, picks and a player to be named...that player I am seeing is Ogbah. I'm not buying into it just yet, thought it was interesting. If Dorsey can pull something off it would be something.

Gotta say, as much as I'm a "Trust Dorsey" guy, I don't see the positive in trading Zeitler. He was the best run-blocking guard in the NFL last year, and was 6th overall per PFF. Unless Corbett has taken a massive jump, this could backfire.

Gotta say, as much as I'm a "Trust Dorsey" guy, I don't see the positive in trading Zeitler. He was the best run-blocking guard in the NFL last year, and was 6th overall per PFF. Unless Corbett has taken a massive jump, this could backfire.

I love Zeitler, unless they have a plan to replace him or they have seen Corbett improvement it would be risky. But if they didn't have to give up a 1st for Odell it would also be a huge win. Just rumors, we will see. I am kinda doubting something happens, usually the moves that actually happen aren't talked about.

I agree. I'm hoping and really believing this is no more than a rumor from someone who doesn't get real football is not the same as fantasy football.

Think it was week 4 last year my son for the first time actually said he was excited to watch. Almost cried.

Why trade Peppers? Guy was either 4th or 5th best safety per PFF last season....and on a rookie deal.

Yeah I really just don't see a need for Collins when Peppers is going to fit perfect in the system for Wilks the new DC. I really don't think another LB (expensive one) is needed: peppers LB/S, Schobert, Avery and Kirksey. I wouldn't be opposed to signing Mosley or even Barr but I really want them to make some big moves on defense, mainly D-Line. Getting Flowers would be huge, another suitable CB. I'm just not sure a safety is a need but if one of those elite safeties works in with the new DC I am up for it.
