SF comes to the House of Cards this Sunday. First divisional game. Thoughts?

I have no idea what to expect out of SF. They looked great in Week 1 and terrible in Week 2. We probably get something in the middle of that.

Kaepernick always scares me. I hate watching games because of his ability to take off and pick up big chunk yards in a flash. The D needs to contain that and I feel good. We should all expect Palmer and Co to shred the SF defense.

Definitely going with the Cards to win. I'll say: AZ 28, SF 24

This is the A-Dub Ring of Honor game. I think it will be 28-17 type of game with the Cards winning.

Just load the box & spy Kap with Jefferson or Weatherspoon. Take the run game away & force Kap to throw.

Arians is playing coy about the O-line. He said he has a good idea who will start but won't make the decision yet. This is in reference to both Iupati & the RT spot.

I am almost certain Iupati will start & I think Watford has played well enough to keep the spot. He is very good in the run game but has problems with speed rushers.

Cards should be scaring the poop out of everyone in the NFL. They aren't just beating teams, they are handing out epic beat downs on a weekly basis. The only thing holding this team back is health. They are healthy now and this is what I think we all expected.

I somewhat agree. Let's face it the Cards haven't faced a decent team yet. The Bears put up a mild fight until Cutler went down. If they do to the Rams what they did to the Niners this week I'll be a little more confident.

That's a fair point, but I would add that many teams that are dominating forces that end up in the Super Bowl do what the Cards are doing right now to what appear to be some of the NFL's inferior teams: leave no doubt. They are crushing them. It inspires confidence in me. I'd be just as happy if they were 3-0 and won each of these games on the last play in regulation, but the fact that each one has been a smack down makes the future look even brighter.

Oh, I agree I'm happy as a pig in mud that the Cards are 3-0, but I always subscribe to the notion that you're never as good as your best win or as bad as your worst loss. Also, this maybe the pessimistic life long Cards fan talking but I HATE it when the talking heads jump on the Cardinal's hype machine...

Ha ha, I'm all about that same cynicism. Seems as soon as the peanut gallery catches on, bad things happen. But at the same time...the Cards deserve the respect and attention that a lot of undeserving teams get instead.
