Raffl and Read's attempts sucked

Voracek had the goal if he could have pulled the puck outside of the goalie pad instead of trying to shoot under it

At least the Flyers got a point, but that second period just killed them - they weren't strong on the puck in this game and the passes weren't crisp - they had some power play opportunities they didn't take care of and proceeded to give up a PP goal right after - I've talked about special teams and I've said it before, you have to be strong in both to win and they weren't strong enough

It's a disappointing end to a really exciting game, but even that single point is enormous. You wonder how we can be so strong at even strength in the third and yet when we have a 5 on 3 with basically their top defensive pairing in the box, it gets killed off with ease. Too fucking cute. I thought G and Schenn had glorious chances to end it in overtime with just Rask in their way. Not surprised at all to lose the skills competition.

It's a long way off, but I could definitely see this being the eastern conference finals matchup. We may be a year or two away from being able to take them, but it would be one hell of a series.

Bergeron's goal was horribad along with our 5 on 3. Overall that was a nice game, and we had plenty of chances to win. Glad to get a point.

Also, I don't think it's been mentioned, but I thought Coburn played very well in this game.

This was a good test and even though they lost they did a lot of things right and showed that they belong on the same ice as the b's.

Yeah he actually played well in this game, the top lines never really went off - I was concerned about that top line of Boston's but they didn't do a ton

The Bergeron goal sucked,but all in all a hell of a game.They outshot,and outhit the Bruins,and coupled with the Blues game this past week,showed that they can play with the best teams .

Coburn has been playing real good for like 3 weeks, ever since he stripped Crosby on that breakaway actually. AMac and L Schenn are playing really well together too IMO.

Mase hase been playing great for us but he has been giving up that one soft goal per game lately and that needs to stop.
