Depends entirely on your tastes of music genre.

Some like the pop stuff.

I was already into rock and metal. But there was also plenty of great pop music I liked as well. But as sheer force of album power from start to finish...

Rush - Moving Pictures
Journey - Escape
Def Leppard - High n Dry
Ozzy - Dairy of a Madman
Styx - Paradise Theater
Triumph - Allied Forces
AC/DC - For those about to rock
Van Halen - Fair Warning
BOC - Fire of unknown origin
Black Sabbath - Mob Rules
Saxon - Denim and Leather
Motley Crue - Too Fast For Love

Those albums are masterpieces and hugely influential on me.

Allied Forces is a great album… I don’t think it gets the love it deserves.
