Well like it or not i'm back. I missed my drafts and I missed you bastards!

So MLB Draft.

We draft the usual suspects
1 - C
1 - 1B
1 - 2B
1 - 3B
1 - SS
1 - RF
1 - CF
1 - LF
1 - DH
5 - BENCH
5 - SP
5 - RP

We draft from each decade
1920
1930
1940
1950
1960
1970
1980
1990
2000

You MUST draft 9 players for your lineup, each from a different decade
You MUST draft 5 bench players, each from a different decade
You MUST draft 5 starting pitchers, each from a different decade
You MUST draft 5 relief pitchers, each from a different decade

Player Eligibility.
Players first game played will represent which decade player is eligible for.
Position players had to have started at least 162 games to be eligible for a position.
Relief pitchers must have more relief appearances than starts to be eligible for bullpen.
You may have any combination of relievers as long as they meet eligibility.

What makes a player eligible for a decade? Having played 1 game during the decade? Or having played a certain number of games in a decade? Played their first game during the decade?

What are the qualifications for relief pitchers?

How many relief appearances? Or do they just need to have relievered for half their games? Or had at least one season with a certain number of relief appearances? Or a certain number of seasons with a certain number of relief appearances? Can a starter just be moved to the bullpen?

Do they need to fill roles? Or is a 5 closer bullpen ok? Are we judging them on just their relief, or does their whole career come into play?

Qualifications for position players?

Do they have to have played a certain number of games at a position, or are we just assuming that certain positions can play other positions (i.e. a center fielder should be able to play the other OF positions, SS should be able to play 2B and maybe 3B, and just about everyone's grandmother can play 1B)?
