UPDATE: Clayton Kershaw has been scratched from the lineup. Joe Blanton is starting for the Dodgers, which certainly changes things. It’s a hip injury for Kershaw, who expects to start Tuesday night against the Diamondbacks. When Bochy heard the news he ran off to talk to his coaches, so we might see a Giants lineup change.

The rubber game. The Giants are 7-7 in rubber games.

A good result, but one of the worst officiated games I have ever seen. Wonder if this first week will convince the NFL to get a deal done with the real Zebras, of whom I am no real fan. But they certainly are better than this!

1 thing I do like about ESPN, they throw a lot of facts at you. Scutaro has 58 2-strike hits. Thats pretty darn good, wonder how many Posey has.

That was pitiful. Took 'em about ten minutes to find out whether Seattle had a time out remaining. How tough can that be? All you have to do is be able to count to three!
