Players drafted must have played with the team for 4 years to be eligible...

yeah but how about we mix it up and you get to choose 2 players no restriction on years. (have to be from different buckets)

If we add the 2 all time WCs, we should use a cap IMO, and WC's are $20

Seems like a lot of preparation when you have to worry about division/team, years, 4+ years on a team and then also cap. I love a challenge though

I think we should make the cap higher since there are so many stipulations and the years. We had it at $110 with 22 players and I was think $120 with 24 players but with the regulations of years other than the WC's.

I am thinking $140 or $150 cap...
