Time to move on from the hard-fought LAA series.

Mets have won 7 of their last 10.

Here's to a good start to a 7-game home stand.

Up yours, Cezero!!!

I mean, um...that is to say, I anticipate a ripping good series betwixt our respective clubs. Good show, and all that.

We've had a really good stretch over the past two weeks from our starters, had about 8 or 9 consecutive games where they gave a quality start or better. Plus the bullpen had a 13 inning stretch (or thereabouts) where they allowed no runs. Both of those streaks were broken Saturday in SD, where Gee only went five innings and the BP gave up a couple of runs.

Nothing last forever, so this could be the week when they go back to being the Mets. Niese is just coming off the DL and might be shaky.

Seattles offense has been in the crapper for about 2-3 weeks. So look the your staff to continue the nice roll.

Kuma always scares me as well. Tired after 77 pitches after 5 days off?

Yea this series is scaring Me. Elias, erasmo and then Wilhelmsen/walker. Gonna be pretty tough to get 2/3 without great hitting

for sure.

mets pitching isn't god awful or anything. they're middle of the pack in the NL.

Lardass Colon has been slumping, so it would be great to see the M's take advantage.

Reminds me of how Lloyd set up the Minny series because they weren't a threat. That worked out well.

Cool we get Murphy, Wright, Campbell, and Duda in the lineup at the same time. Bottom of the lineup sucks, but...should be some runs on the board tonight.

That fastball to strikeout Wright looked like the Elias we saw to start the year. Great 1st inning

It's his first full season in the bigs, and it's a long haul.

He's had nearly 2 weeks since his last start, and when that curve is working, it's crazy good at making good hitters look silly.

Gah, Seager thinks he's faster than he really is sometimes.

Like the at bat by Romero for once. He was hacking early but fought off some good pitches then waited back on the last curve well instead of blindly swinging for an imaginary fastball. Shows he's thinking on the right track.
