Everyone has to draft 1 player from each team. So we draft 32 players. You can only have 1 player from each team!


Players must have played at least 3 seasons for the team you draft them to represent.


When you post your pick please post the team the player will be representing as well. If you ever pick someone you want from that same team you must tell me when you post the pick what team you'll be changing the first player too.


You can feel free to vote however you want, career numbers, prime, single season or better yet combine them all.

I vote we no longer use outside people to decide our drafts in any way. Rankings decide ties. Maybe people will put a little more effort into their rankings.


I also vote not to let the rankings determine the first round matchups.


We also need to come up with ways to do the matchups depending on how many teams we have. What I mean is if we have 8 or 16 teams we are golden we wont ever have byes or 3 team games, but if we any other number there will need to be teams that get to move on that lost or 3 team games. We need to decide these rules now before we start another draft.

1000% agree, rankings should be tiebreaker, and since we've never had 16 players, I say the first 8 get to play, and if a 9th doesn't get in, he is allowed to make picks for any team that doesn't leave a list or get their pick in during their designated times

I actually like and dislike the idea of first 8 play.


I like because we never have to worry about bye weeks or 3 team games.


I dislike because it means we keep people out who may want to play and I always want to get new people involved.


I don't think we need to worry about people making picks for teams missing, we are pretty set with the people who play and we now almost never skip anyone.

Just playin' if you guys think we should maybe choose 1 less WR and 1 less DL and add a Kicker and Punter let me know.

I would agree with that, but also that if a player played for multiple teams, you have to declare which team he is being used for, and he has to be used as that experience. In other words, using Emmitt Smith as a Cardinal so you can get another Cowboy is ok, but he should be judged for who he was as a Cardinal, not his success as a Cowboy!

I like this but what about Players that were really good for two teams? Does this mean we should forget about half his brilliant career?

Maybe it would be better if we said the player represents the team he is known for or the team he did best for, you don't get to decide.
