I think the statement you make "JJ right or wrong got labeled a game manager" is spot on. I think Harbaugh and Moore played the style they wanted to play. You have to say that McCarthy played with great talent but you also have to say he played against much tougher defenses than the top QBs.

I am really not sure who the best QB is but I think McCarthy is one of the most ready to play now QBs. I would hate to see him go to the Giants although Dabol could screw that up.

100% agree on trusting Peters but it is still a crap shoot when drafting this high.
taking JJ over the other two would sure be a ballsy move. Does Peters have the balls?

I do love how this franchise is now running a tight ship. No one knows what we are going to do. It only make that pick that much valuable. If JJ is his guy, I bet we structure a trade back with NE and pick up another pick (or two.).

If we did move to #11 the top 4 Qb's should be gone but is that offer too good to pass up?

  • Commanders receive No. 11, No. 23, 2025 first-round pick and 2026 first-round pick (898.96 points)
We have to get a QB in Round 1. We got nobody.

If they really want him then they should take him at No. 2. Don't think Arizona would take him, not likely that the Chargers would but you never know with Harbaugh there. I don't see a reason for either to trade and give up capital.

A trade down of any kind signals to me that Peters isn't in love with any of them. If he was he wouldn't risk it. Say we trade down to 5 and the Cardinals say fk it. We can still get Nabers later.

this is a real possibility. Therefore, we have to pick before the giants in RD1
Giants are trying to get out of the Daniel Jones business asap

When the JJ hype train started about a month ago, someone said it was because he had a great agent. Now, this great agent has convinced everyone he is a great QB. Only greatness I see is the agent. I'd draft the agent at 2 before JJ. Ir do the smart thing and trade down.

yeah, but the agent can't make that tough deep out throw.
