Regardless of the final outcome tonight, the Blazers can walk off the court with their heads held high knowing they really gave it their all on defense.
They set the tone early. 6 fouls right off the bat, letting portland know they cant play tight, conversely, they were letting the lakers be very aggressive and there were several no calls, especially in favor of A.D. Easy to see since i have no dog in the fight.9 fouls to 11
Not that crazy
I never once said the refs are the reasons the lakers are winning. Learn how to read.
AD get a lot of touch fouls BS. Impossible to try and guard him physically. Basically just have to give him his jump shots and don't play him tight at all.
For a player who primarily shoot jump shots, it isn't normal to get 15 free throws per game.
This defense is an embarrassment. When your defense is this bad, you should know how to do something well.
A below average losing record 8 seed is being exposed as a mediocre team.....
I am not sure why any idiots though the Blazers would win this series, yet alone sweep the Lakers (Charles Barkley??).
Sure, they might come all the way back and win it....but this is not a particularly good Portland team.
Gee, maybe that has something to do with the fouls? Bad defenses reach and grab.
Yep. All touch fouls. All bs.
What's bs is crying about the refs.
The Blazers got their ass kicked in the first half. The refs didn't have shit to do with it.
Are we watching the same game? Their bad defense tonight is due to poor on the ball defending and slow rotations leading the open shot after open shot for the lakers
You realize that poor on ball defending and slow rotations are why reaching and grabbing happens, right?
Whether it's because you're tired, which could be legit for the Blazers, or just have poor defensive discipline, players end up reaching and grabbing because they are not in good defensive position.
The Lakers looking really good while the Clippers are in a dogfight and may not even get out of the 1st round.....LOL.
And once again who said otherwise? All I stated is that AD who is basically a shooting guard who lives on the perimeter get to the line a lot for a player who doesn't attack the defense much
That was Curry range
