I'm indifferent to the winners and losers for the most part. The Broncos won and that's all that matters to me. I'll be watching Chargers @ Chiefs and the Patriots @ Cardinals game. The two MNF games are a bit disappointing and this is the second year in a row both games were downers. The Steelers @ Redskins game may be okay since both were playoff teams last year. Both have good offenses and up and coming defenses. But this isn't a great rivalry and there really isn't a compelling story line or any good reason this game should be the opening weekend MNF game. Maybe they'll put on a big show. Rams @ 49ers? I'll pass.

I will definitely be cheering for the teams I picked in our pk- em contest. :) PS. I think all the games this early in season all have an element of interest. Rookie Qbs, Starters out, Players trying to make comeback, etc. Don't see a dull game out there at this point. :)

All of the games hold a certain amount of interest, because it is Week 1, but SD @ KC and NE @ AZ will be on my radar more than the rest.

These two and of course the Saints/Raiders game hold special interest for me. Time to see if the Raiders live up to the hype.

Honestly in our other divisional game don't really care who wins. Chiefs obviously are expected to be the divisional favorite to many so many cheering against them a bit more but hard to ever cheer for the Chargers.

Outside of our division maybe the Packers/Jaguars game. Again another team expected to break out this year. Time to see if that hype actually shows up with the Jaguars. To me I think the Jags and Raiders are a year away but we shall see.

Cincy/Jets game looks interesting. The fact that we play Cincy here in just a couple of weeks intrigues me to see how they are looking. Plus another game featuring 2 what should be great defenses facing off is always the type of games I like to watch.

^ Yup. Tough break for him. When healthy he's a top WR in the league.

Chargers are up on the Chiefs 21-3 at the half. The big story here is Allen leaving the game looking utterly despondent. The Saints are up 17-10 on the Raiders and that game is approaching the half. Our old friend Brock Osweiler is 12/17 for 83 yards, a TD and an INT. The Bears lead the Texans 14-10.

Remember last year when the Chiefs started off 1-5 then ended 10-6 with the easy schedule? Then there was the year they started 9-0 and played 6 straight weeks of backup QB's. God I hate that team.

The Chargers just picked Smith on a great play by the CB, but missed the ensuing 50 yard attempt for a FG.

The Raiders made a ballsy move for the win today. Who is that coaching them and what did he do with JDR? The Chiefs game was good theater, too. They looked sloppy and I don't think would have managed the comeback against a better team than the Chargers. I picked a Chiefs win, but figured the Chargers would give them a game. I wasn't wrong, but it definitely didn't go down quite the way I figured it would.

Sean Payton is such a loser. I'd fire that guy . Scapegoats Rob Ryan and then continues to trot out a crappy defense. Mike Mccoy also should be fired.

I'm so glad Elway decided to skip the star wars offense and build a great defense.
