Even if we make this trade last year for Winston or Mariota, I'm still not sure I like it. And I like those 2 QBs a lot.

That's so many picks for a good, young up and coming team to lose.

When do they throw this guy to the wolves? I mean, he can't sit and watch for 1 year can he? :L

While I think both of those guys are good but not great/elite QB's, I do agree that I wouldn't have done the trade for them either. However, I would've done it though for either Manning brother or possibly even Andrew Luck.

This could set us back another 2 to 4 years:mad2: if the new qb flops! :mad2:We use to be a team that relies heavily on the draft to rebuild! Not anymore!:noidea:

While I can understand the sentiment of the letter, all I can see is the RAM FO secretary hitting the delete button before anyone of consequence even sees it.

2-3 years ago, I sent my resume to Many people at Rams park. Also sent were scenarios for the draft of Sammy Watkins.. We took Greg Robinson LT Auburn that run blocked about 85% of the time on that Auburn team with that #2 overall pick.

The scenarios were for the entire draft. I received an email from Kevin Demoff that basically said thanks, but we have no opening and have it covered.

This letter was sent to back to that email address. If he read it or not, he's still an idiot and won't have a job much longer.

Knowing and talking with a few agents (Jim Steiner is Rothleisberger and was Jerry Rice's agent) before i sent the resume and draft scenarios... I found out first year scouts make about 1/3 of my salary.

So my response to his email was that I would do it for free.

This Demoff dumbass reminds me of John Shaw. A complete an utter idiot who, for the life of me, I can't figure out how he got his job.

I'll give you my resume to give to him. I wouldn't mind starting from the bottom and working my way up. Especially considering there's going to be changes next year...

I tell you what. Let's all apply. The lot of us could do better in scouting and the draft then the blind squirrels running this dog and pony show.

Putting SJ in charge of our scouting dept. doesn't mean we will win a SB. We need his ass to coach the dam team!:stevie:

Well if I was the coach I guess we would still have a QB and a lot more picks. :pound:

First time I have EVER downvoted you, come on man, lets be real here!!! Many of us wouldn't have made this trade, especially this year...

My point is almost everyone wanted to trade the guy that is still starting for another team. His departure has caused these chain of events for the Rams... including giving up the farm for an unknown QB.

Nothing personal, but I know that you were referencing you-know-who lol....and I really don't personally think that keeping that guy would've made a difference at this point in time...

The problem seems to be that we have the wrong people in charge of our offensive personnel(so far)...Just because Fisher and Williams know D, doesn't mean Fisher knows crap about O, which we all know is true...My problem is Fisher won't seem to admit the lack of talent in this area...

Whomever gets it needs to scout for a new offensive coordinator and new coach, among many other things.
