My point is almost everyone wanted to trade the guy that is still starting for another team. His departure has caused these chain of events for the Rams... including giving up the farm for an unknown QB.

Except the Rams would likely be stuck in the same situation. If the Rams didn't make the trade with Philly, they would've had Bradford this past season and likely let him go anyways during free agency because he was asking for a ridiculous amount of money to re-sign. So there'd still be the same dilemma of needing to draft a QB. Now I don't know if the trade with Tennessee would've happened or not since in that scenario, there wouldn't be a second 2nd round pick.

Putting SJ in charge of our scouting dept. doesn't mean we will win a SB. We need his ass to coach the dam team!:stevie:

I could coach basketball.. Football would be tough. But I could bring some
Talent in on offense I can guarantee you that. GM or somewhere near there would be my dream job and the only one I would leave my current job for.

This letter was so painful to read. It still hasn't sunk in for me on what we traded. Fisher and Snead can either turn out to be geniuses or the dumbest idiots to take over an NFL team. What the hell do they see in any of these QBs that no one else sees?

The only thing that would make this trade even crazier is if they didn't take a qb but went all in for Ramsey

Let's think even crazier(since we are the Rams) Maybe we did this to select a FB first overall!!! I'm sure Gurley would appreciate a nice blocker in front of him  :D

When asked about it later, Fisher said "Well look how successful a player his brother is, we just couldn't pass him up."

And here I thought we were going to one up Al Davis and select Roberto Aguayo with the first pick to give Greg Zuerlein some competition.

I don't know about that. Why not just sign him like the Eagles did? Very reasonable contract for a starting quarterback. Then the give up the farm trade doesn't happen. But hopefully it will work out.

A two year/$36 million dollar contract with $26 million guaranteed is around what you pay a top tier QB like Aaron Rodgers, not someone that's a middle of the pack/low level injury prone QB like Bradford.

Yea, I am going to put a stop to this. Cougie, go to the Negativity thread or the one started by Vita to discuss anything to do with Samantha. Stop bringing the guy up every chance you get . Nobody gives a shit about Samantha. So knock it off!

You do realize that the Eagles were trying to trade up for these QBs too, right (and likely still are with Cleveland)? Only without that 2nd rounder Chip gave up in the Bradford deal they didn't have enough ammo?

I love Ramsey, but he's not that good. Great athlete though.

Ok I think I read somewhere that the Rams are 97% set on a QB. I'm betting Wentz.

Who wants to bet that they drink some kool-aid 24 hours before draft day and flip over to Goff's camp and take Goff? :L

Here we go... "leader in the clubhouse" :L They don't even know who they want.
Snead says Rams have 'leader in clubhhouse' for top pick

Didn't Snead and Fisher say the very same thing about Foles when we traded for him? These two stooges are so full of bullshit sometimes I think I am watching the tail end of a manure spreader!

Pretty sure they did, plus gave him an extension because he "looked fantastic" while playing in shorts and a t-shirt...:tsk:

Precisely LTR. And ten-to-one something similar is going to happen with this horrendous and stupid trade.
