I will piss myself laughing if the Dolphins swapped 1st rounders with us. I'll believe it when I see it.

I fully expect the Eagles to be aggressive in FA, typical Roseman fashion. Shore up the O-line and Secondary. We have plenty of cap space to work with. Even more after we release The Sanchize and some others.

I hope we are not aggressive in FA... Good teams build through the draft, not acquiring top FAs. Just look at our past CB issues and how we have attempted many times to fix it through FA and they never seem to play up to their pay. There are exceptions... Peters, and TO for example but building a dream team v2 would lead to another failure.

Anyone that drafts a RB in rd 1 in this NFL, should be smacked in the head!

I wouldn't select a RBs till late in the 2nd round and that would be the earliest.

If we only sign 2 guards, I'm OK with that, unless we also cut Sanchez and sign Daniel. Anything above that could be questionable. I agree.

Andy Reid acquired Peters in a trade, not FA.

You can get good additions in FA if you make the right moves. The Broncos were probably happy about giving TJ Ward that huge contract.

Sorry, yes but he was a Key missing piece to get Denver's D over the proverbial hump. I don't see the eagles needing such a key player as they haven't even begun to ascend.

In 2013 the Broncos defense was average overall and bad against the pass. Just a bit above average in 2014 and then great in 2015. It doesn't take long if you get the right coordinator and add the right pieces. We should be very good up front. Just need to make a couple key additions in the backend.

I think it's a win-win for both teams. Maxwell and Kiko could both be top line players no matter what happened here last year. But if we can get to 8 and bag a couple later picks that would be awesome for Pederson and we may be targeting a QB.

Since the Eagles are so predictable, just watch in the next few weeks for personnel starting to trash Wentz and Goff. If hat happens, you know the birds want them to fall.

The Birds will likely re-sign Nolan Carroll who was playing very well before getting hurt. He'll step in and likely give us "at least" what we were getting from Maxwell. I still can't believe Miami traded us anything for him; dude's not worth even half of what he's scheduled to make imo.

I like Carroll and think this will be good for us. How many more guys get cut before draft day Rey?

My guess is Sanchize if we can get Chase Daniel. Other than that I don't think anyone else getting the axe' unless replaced by a FA first.

I thought Sanchez for sure and would not be surprised to see Peters as well? I like Daniel as our backup. I've seen Daniels name pop up a few times on these forums.

Why would Daniels come here? Honestly, he must be somewhat settled in KC behind a less than stellar starter. If KC makes a competitive offer, why would he come here to be our backup?

Can't believe how much people are lauding these half baked deals. You don't even know the other side of the deal. Only that you are losing players. This is a disaster of an offseason. Huge money spent on a bunch of average players and giving away alot of potential. Do you really think Leodis McKelvin is better than Byron Maxwell?

No way Jason Peters gets cut. If he's healthy he'll perform. We don't need to spend his money on FAs. Buying a whole bunch of FAs is a waste. We need to pick the few we really think fit and leave it at that. And we have enough money to do that.

Do you really think McKelvin is going to hit the cap 10 million in 2016 and 11 million for the next 4 years?

A disaster of an offseason? Before you even know what we got back? Which player that we lost was a critical player for us?

I agree. I was just saying that it wouldn't surprise me. He should be back healthy and the new offense won't be running a play every 17 seconds either. We should have enough now to lock up Cox hopefully and pick up a OG and S? I like having a ton of picks as well.

McKelvin has played in the Schwartz system. He is very fast. The only knock that I can tell is his injuries? That shouldn't surprise anyone. I'm all for him. He is going to be cheaper and he is familiar with our current DC.

Why would it be devastating to lose Kiko and Demarco when they hardly played, and played bad when they did?

The only one you could even debate as a loss is Maxwell and he is vastly overpaid for his contributions. He played OK #2 level type CB play, and looked like the second coming of Nate Allen as a tackler.
