Who picks him up is the question.

RG3 will cost to much to bring to Dallas and I don't think Stephen will let jerry kick the tires on that

Manziel is most likely done with football for at least 1 year maybe forever. He has to get his life in order to even be considered by NFL teams IMHO and Dallas would be the wrong spotlight to be in with his issues.

Colt McCoy would be the guy I would like to see Dallas bring in as a backup and draft a QB

Think KC or Arizona would be better fits myself

Nothing to confirm yet but there are rumors LA and HOU are among 3 or 4 teams interested in RG3...NYJ make sense also.

If those are legit, given his potential to start, most likely his landing spot is one of those 3 teams.

Doubt Houston based on sources there.

Agree with you that Griffin will want to go where he can start. Problem is, if he's going to start, that team will need to tailor that O for him to succeed. And they better have a good Oline and running game.

It's just my personal opinion that KC and AZ are the best fits for him.

I get your point, but I'm not sure that doesn't apply to nearly every QB.

KC & AZ...duly noted, AZ I would agree, and the connection with Reid makes sense, but I'm not expecting either of them to be in the running unless he's put it out there he's willing to be a backup which I would doubt right now.

From what I have heard the contract he can get from teams looking for him to start will be much more than any team wanting him as a back up would even come close to. So my guess is he goes somewhere to start not be a back up for a while. He has sat on the bench for quite a while I doubt he wants to continue that.

excuse me: Ian Rapoport reported this and the article was written by Gregg Rosenthal

Can't say I am suprised at all this with, due to the resigning of Cousins

Where will he now land? Dallas?
Probably Cleveland.

Doubly so for a QB who holds the ball too long, slides awkwardly and has an injury history.

No question...until I'm convinced otherwise...the rumored teams all have one common trait......no established starter.

Someone is gonna snag him ... RG3 with a fresh start might pick his game back up...

I know a lot of you guys (WAS fans) saw all of his games and feel he his what he's going to be...idk yet.

He does have to re-visit why he failed in WAS and take some ownership in it, but with a clean slate...idk, he's a young guy that has a lot of talent.

If RG3 really wants to be the best QB he can possibly be, he needs to consider signing a 3yr/$3-4 per year contract with a good team who has a HC that specializes in QBs & an established QB who is soon to retire.

Arizona would be a good landing spot, but I don't see it happening because there are too many QB desperate teams who will throw money at him & his ego might not let him take less money & be a backup for a few years.

I would LMAO if the Rams picked him up & he became the come back player of the year!
