Lol at the former ESPN homers on here. After watching jerry draft bust every year you expect to see no negativity? Let see: this year we wasted high pick on a TE who absolutley sucks. Nevermind the fact we did the same thing previouslyly with fasano and bennett. Escobar blows. Horrible faking pick

Any chance you can point out even one "former ESPN homers on here" that thought that Escobar was a good pick? Heck, I predicted he'd have less catches than Hanna this year.

That's why this team will never sniff another SB as long as Romeo is playing for them. It will always be Jerry and JG's mandate to just build around Romo and forget building a strong dominating defense. Romeo has 'em all hoodwinked.

Well you finally got something right. JG gets as much to blame or credit about this year's finish as anyone.

But Hatcher totally sucks so that shouldn't matter, right? I read that on here a lot so it must be true. Now who was the one who posted it? Thinking...thinking...anyone want to help me out with this one???? I bet PDay remembers who said it...

Hatcher is just doing what Spencer did last season...playing for a fat contract extension. It's that simple. Once he gets paid he will go back to his old ways like they all do on this team (Austin), only this time probably with another team. Love to see how they gonna pay him and Ware?? The fact remains , you can't beat teams up front with just one guy playing well?? They needed to get better up front and they didn't. I see Hatcher going off a cliff like his buddy Ratliff did soon after the season. Why you ask? Because of their shitty DL and Ware's lack of production this season, he will have them over a barrel.....again.

Are you really insane enough that you laughed out loud after you wrote that?

"I WAS WRONG" about Hatcher say it without making excuses or changing the subject.

Wrong, I liked Short over Floyd. His coaches call him their best DL. My point is that they needed to go DL obviously in the past draft like I insisted here. Their DL was overrated, aging, and injury prone. Big reason why they have the worst ranked D in the league is because of no defensive pressure up front obviously. Only now that can't even stop the run lol. I ended up being right then when you were proving wrong once again lol. Frederick is not some all world center that would have elevated this offense into the stratosphere as you morons predicted back then, and they should have went DL like I insisted in the draft back then. I m fight right and you're wrong...man up sissy and stop making shit up about Floyd and what you thought I wanted. Any DLmen in the draft would have probably helped this sorry group up front this season lol.

The only thing you have proven to anyone over the years is that you are a jackass. That you aren't a fan. And finally your picks turn out to be NFL BUST

trade the entire draft for McFadden? The entire draft you said. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
You did want Floyd
And if you think this line would be as good with Costa at Center you are a pure idiot. The line is twice as good as it was last year ( still needs to improve) but that is ONLY because of Frederick. He actually has an IQ and can call line adjustments. Far better than duuh duh duh Gurode.
All world center? LMAOOOOOOOOOOO He was taken at the bottom of the first. Who expected him to be the best Center in the league his rookie year? Not like he was top 10 pick... hell even top 25 pick.
No one understood the Escobar pick .... but we got 3 starters out of this draft.
In there rookie years ........ I think Williams has proven he is a starter in this league. Wilcox and Frederick.
3 starters year one in a single draft? and you bitch.... You know how ignorant that sounds?

another thing Frye .....

How many teams you think WISH right now they would have Tom Brady in the 1st much less a few picks early????......
Half the league right now wishes they would have just used a draft pick on Romo who went undrafted.
How many teams do you think kicked their ass because they didn't take Jerry Rice a few picks or a round early?
How many with Montana?

1st round just increases the odds....... It's not a promise that you picked an all world player.

Your logic is tainted by your HATRED for the Cowboys and in particular the Qb that just kicked your Giant's ass.... Romo

I'm just glad Frye has dropped the "I'm really a Dallas fan and I do show up when we win" act.

Frye, you have made it abundantly clear that you are a troll. I realize this thread was directed at you, so feel free to stay here. Otherwise we have the smacktalk thread. Please keep your trolling to those threads.

No arguments, just do it.

Thanks

Frieds way of looking at draft picks is the same as Jerry's. "The higher pick is automatically better".

Kind of ironic that the week we play Oak, McFadden is going to back up Jennings even though he is healthy enough to start. And people on this board complain about Murray. Imagine if we made the mistake of taking McFadden???

Exactly. Frye was leading the charge to trade our entire draft for him and each time McFadden has a good little run he brings it up again and then disappears just like McFadden for another 6 weeks.

I think WFRYE has a point when talking about Romo's 3rd down efficiency. Before the last drive of the game, we had only converted one third down all game. This has to be corrected if this team wants to do anything in the long run. 3rd down efficiency on both sides of the ball, turnover differential, and special teams are important in winning big games. We are good in two of them when Harris is healthy, but absolutely horrible when it comes to 3rd down on both sides of the ball. Better than league average on that down alone and we'd probably be an eight-win team right now.

No doubt about that Earl. Most know I am very tough on Romo when I believe he deserves it (and he has deserved it A LOT this year) and I was the one to point out the 3rd down stats a couple of weeks back and put it in his head as he responded to my comment. But, ignoring or diminishing the importance of the clutch last drive while at the same time stressing the point about 3rd down "inefficiencies" reeks of a biased agenda driven approach to the topic. Too many people with agendas on this board for my liking and he leads the pack...

Frye does have a point this year on the 3rd down completion rate, but prior to this season he'd bitch about Romo non stop if it was deserved or not. I have no problem pointing at Romo when he deserves it but the blind hate has gone over the top. Jarntt may be the most realistic when it comes to Romo. I try to be but I know I lean towards the Romo support side.

Lol.... You mean like wasting three 1st round picks on Jenkins, Felix the kitty cat, and Mo "Bust Better Blues" Claiborne?? Hilarious. Yeah, they could of used every draft pick cause Jerry has just been churning out those draft picks as future all pros?? Guess none of you bozos here have have wanted a player that hasn't lived up to expectations ever before in the draft?? Bunch of hypocrites. Guess I'm a troll cause you say so boss and it's your homer views being messagrd here daily in the sunshine love room with the old Disney kids? I repeat, not troll cause I just don't roll over and love Romo unconditionally like you lovebirds do, or see every player as the next great thing being born out of a supernova lol. You even said yourself that this thread was directed at me, so I guess now I'm just suppose to post here where you want me or your henchmen will ban me from life here to not see an opposing viewpoint? Where do you ever see me posting in any other teams forum or starting troll threads here ? I respond to your stupidly and add my views about whTs wrong with this team in threads, but if it makes you feel better here to find a reason to muzzle me, have fun ....it's what you've been looking for all along anyway?

What makes you a troll is simple.
No matter the topic you turn it to anti Romo
We could be talking about safeties ... you hit the topic and it becomes Romos fault........ and you derail it.
You have been doing that for years.
You don't discuss football. You name call and repeat yourself over and over and over again.

Half of your post are pretyped and you copy and paste them. It's the same shit over and over. Anyone that was at Disney for any amount of time knows this and has read your exact same comments 100 times...... and that was just last year.

Are there those of us that wanted a different Qb than Romo ... sure.... but their IQ is high enough to know he is our Qb for several more years and nothing we can do to change it. And you seem to get pissed because we still support the team and root for them to win ... While we have all SEEN for a fact you go MIA after a win .... but a damn loss and you are here crying the same story

Hell if we all acted like you. They would have to change the name of tthese forums from sports hoolpa to crybaby bitch SportsHoopla.
It is what it is and you are what you are. A TROLL have been for as long as I've known the screen name Wfrye.
Here I will post the rest of your statements for the rest of the season real quick so you wont have to.
Romo sucks
We're never going to win with Romo
Jerry Jones should listen to me.
I'm always right.
Bunch of Romo lovers here
Bunch of Bozos here
Romo sucks
Did I forget to mention Romo sucks

Now for the things you are willing to discuss
1.

That's it thats the whole list........ Now I saved you the time of typing it

You can check the broadcasts over on the Cowboys' website. They too are questioning Hatcher's loyalty and timing of his good play. But I guess they don't qualify as trolls here because they are not posting on this super-duper beloved website? I talk about Romo so much because he is the main reason for the fool's gold being throwing around by this owner and coaching staff for the last 10 years. His record speaks for itself...can come from behind in games (if he is not choking it all away late with a late pick) and could put up numbers during the reg season, but always finds a a way to lose the game for his team when the pressure is the greatest heading into the post season. His track record just doesn't lie over his career. Just because I don't get all wet over some decent play against a bum team during the reg season like you girls do here, or jump up and down because of Hatcher's play when they haven't even reached the playoffs yet, doesn't make me a troll. Just someone that has seen this movie before over the past 16 seasons and isn't willing to just settle for meaningless moral victories? Like uncle Jerry. Certain players or coaches you won't see me talking bad about here like Sean Lee (even with his injury history) or Jason Garrett (even with his serious flaw of buying into the fool's gold mentality with some players, particularly Romo). Lee is a straight up baller, and JG can lead men if he became more objective and less loyal to players...like a Jimmy Johnson. So you see. I prefer to just wait until a player actually does something to elovate this team in the playoffs after almost 20 years, versus just celebrating every sack or come from behind victory against bad teams? Romi has proven that his decision making blows, especially in 3rd down situations when you need a smart QB to move the chains against good teams come playoff time lol. Until he proves that he can do this in crucial situations when it really matters, I prefer to call a spade a spade, and not just join in the yearly "we love Romo" celebration here with you yahoos and uncle Jerry. You will never win anything falling in live with a player's ability that just never materializes at the most needed of times. Moral victories mean everything to some people. Would I like for Romo to prove me wrong?? Sure. Do I expect him to after 10 seasons of studying his body of work?? HELL NO
