Have spent considerable time in #1 and #20 although I haven't been in #1 for over a decade, but my initial impression is both of them have some pretty standard/generic food and one really great local place that makes it unique. Boog's BBQ in Camden Yards (if it is even still there) and last year Nationwide opened a Schmidt's which is a place that serve authentic German food and has killer desserts.
Boog's is still there. And it's fine IMO. From when I was growing up the food and drinks at games are so so much better. I am still not sure I'd call any of it more than decent.

43 - FYI Camden has new food vendors this year and while most of it looks OK this disgusting monstrosity seems to be popular.

The Yard Dog - Three Foot-Long Beef Hot Dogs that are Smothered with Maryland-Style Crab Dip and Garnished with Crunchy Potato Strips. Nope.

Yeah, they aren't even in my top 15 pit beef places but I'd rather sit down to watch a game with a mediocre pit beef than burnt pizza or mushy hot dogs any day. It's not great food, but it's uniquely local. I feel like the food at Memorial Stadium was better too. And, weirdly, the Boog's that used to be in Ocean City was way better, although that could have been greatly helped by Thrasher's fries being next door.

The problem with "uniquely local" over there is that they either douse it with Old Bay (which is just rust dust sanded off the hulls of battleships with a lot of salt added) or covered in crab meat. Thre is no logical reason to put crab meat on a hot dog (or french fries, or steak, or pretzels, or...). I am surprised there isn't a "Maryland Style" pizza, or maybe I am luck enough to have never had to encounter it. I imagine it would only be slightly better than pineapple. And slightly behind drinking drain-o

In my memory as a kid the food at Memorial was good. My memory as a young adult the last few years was that it was pretty bad. And expensive. I prefer the food at Camden, more expensive but usually OK. I try to eat before I go. Last game I went to I was meeting a friend and he was late so I got something from a stand outside that was grilling burgers, hotdogs, sausage, and chicken. It was delicious. They probably had a permit.

According to AbbotT Elementary Baltimore style pizza is extra crunchy and extra wet.

I used to work right up the street from CY and on day games we'd go down, buy a cheap ticket and eat inside and watch a few innings. Much better lunch break than most.

Extra crunchy and extra wet? Wasn't that a Casa Mia special?

There is a character on Abbott Elementary from Baltimore who doesnt like pizza so to hide that he said he only likes Baltimore style pizza. When they asked how that was he stammered "extra crunchy and extra wet". One of his coworkers drove to Baltimore (the show is set in Philly) and ordered one that way and brought it back for him.

The food at the ACC went from really good to absolutely god awful so fast after RoBel bought the Leafs. I'd love to see a ranking based on private ownership to conglomerate ownership.

At work the other day a woman who looked like she was made in a Nazi lab walked up to my table, She was beautiful, blonde hair, big blue eyes, just stunning. All I did was remove a sticker from her laptop and put a new one on - never opened it, and she smiled and asked "so this is the code I use to log in now?". I just wanted to stand up and hug her. I do feel bad making fun because she wandered by a few more times the next couple of days and each time she smiled and said hello.

Another brilliant moment for me was when a woman walked by and smiled. Me thinking she stopped by earlier said "Hello again" and only then I realized I had not seen her before - she was just being friendly. Of course she was in a ethnicity that idiots say everyone looks alike so that was fun. In my defense, there was a bright window across from me so everyone was backlit. And I was very drunk.

I am on strike! My wife has been talking about using AI in the bedroom and I need to put a stop to this before it starts.

What are we talking about? Practice? Practice? How can I get comeds better in the bedroom by practicing?

I have a niece who is currently pregnant with twins in the Phoenix area. If she doesn't go into labor soon, she will be induced which I'm sure she is looking forward to in the blazing desert heat.
