Wilson is the Seattle team, he is the straw that stirs the drink and the ice cube too

I agree and IMO he got robbed last year (but Lamar and his fantasy ooooh) but again the point of the posts were that we're barely 4 weeks in, 25% of the season. Let's calm down a little bit.

But I guess to @ChiefsLakers67 point you gotta hype up those football dorks that have zero knowledge of the game, and those are probably the ones that are buying jerseys/merchandise...

And to that point... WHY THE FUCK am I watching tonight not muted?! *puts down bottle*

Hoyer: "WHAT JUST HAPPENED!?"
Coaches: "He threw the ball away to not take a massive loss and diminish the clock."
Hoyer: "Wait what?" *pulls open IPAD*

I wouldn't say he got robbed last year, LJ threw and ran the most tds. Wilson was in the running last few years, and his too lose this year. I agree it's been only 4 games and hopefully the team can stay healthy. I was always a Wilson guy, back at NC State when he put up better no#s than Rivers and 1 year at Whisky, tough ass kid

I think the Ravens given their defense could've got into the playoffs if Lamar wasn't their QB. If Wilson was not Seattle's QB last year (and both teams had some eh mediocre free agent QB) they'd be drafting top 5 overall.

That's my point, and most people that watch football seriously, agree.

That Ravens offense isn't any good without Lamar, tbh. It's Mark Andrews and a bunch of dudes at the skill positions.

Yup. Who needs a good offensive line when Wilson can just use his legs to avoid the pass rush and use his intelligence and vision to find his receivers?

How the fuck is it only 7-3? This is nearly as fucked up as the Chiefs/Patriots game....

He still uses his legs of course, but his deep ball is best in the league (Rodgers is a close second) and with Metcalf/Lockett it's very dangerous to blitz or not play deep, so if you miss it's probably going to be a huge completion. I get a little annoyed when I hear announcers/analysts scream: "OMG Mahomes, who else can even make that throw!? (as a rhetorical) And I'm like: "Uh... Wilson for the last 8+ years?"

I also think Wilson sells the playaction the best in the league, but that might be because Seattle has been a running team for SO long. The fact they are 'letting Wilson cook' this year, may change coaching strategies against Seattle big time. Carson is still a factor though.

I LOVED the Metcalf pick (think I gave it an A+ grade), so far it's working out.
