It must be enforced AND demonstrated, through the behavior of the coaching staff.I have no problem with any of that. They just have to
enforce it, and it must be enforced on your best players
with the same vigor that it is enforced with walk-on's.
In business, when you make the minor details a big deal
thru enforcement, the number of big details get reduced.

I think it should be common sense not to be a total asshole on the regular. Shouldnt have to be posted on a wall.
I agree. Dont break NCAA rules, dont break school conduct rules to get kicked out, dont break the law so you have to be suspended to satisfy the P.C. crowd.If the players produce on the field, I don't care if they're the most polite person in the world or if they're a complete dickhead.
I just want to win.
