If you are going to require a code of conduct for your players, you MUST:

1. post the requirements in such a way as they are clearly understandable.
2. hold every player to the same standards whether he be Heisman candidate or fifth string bench scrub
3. Every member of the coaching staff without exception must abide by those standards as well.

This is like Corporate Mission Statements.

Nobody reads them, nobody knows what it is, nobody enforces them, and I can guarantee you the administration does not adhere to any of it at all.
