One plays in the AFC East. The other does not.Where is the Superbow Column? He clearly has Brees beat there. I am not a fan of Brady but it is ridiculous to compare numbers between 2 QB's when one has SuperBowl rings and appearances during that period and the other does not.
I'd agree to the most part but Brady has been ridiculously good in the postseason. One plays in the AFC East. The other does not.
SB Winz probably mean close to nothing to me as far as player comparisons go.
Plunkett and Eli have multiple super bowl rings.
A ridiculous column would be SB wins.
I agree. Brees gets a raw deal when discussing the great QB's ever which is the main reason I post this.Brees is a lock for the HOF too.
No argument from me there. Only guys you can find with better stats don't have a big sample or started their career much later than Brady did.I'd agree to the most part but Brady has been ridiculously good in the postseason.

Can't quit Brees.
Gimme a reason to think this argument isn't just a reactionary crutch to prop up Brady.Brees is a HOF player, obviously....but he's not on Brady's level. Statistically, he's really taken advantage of the HFA with that dome and all.
More platitudesBrady is a team player. Brees just cares about his own stats and contract. I don't even think he cares when the Saints lose anymore as long as he throws for 300 + and a few scores.

QB rating only gonna get you so far here. Especially when the road opponents in the division are...Tom Brady career home QB rating: 98.6. Career road QB rating: 96.6
Drew Brees career home QB rating: 101.6. Career road QB rating: 91.9
