These guys make their bread and butter off 'scoops' anymore. It's about contacts. Lots and lots of contacts willing to dish out info on the down low to you before others. When you have that you make a fortune. There really aren't media outlets in the country anymore that care deeply about the integrity of what they report, just that it's out by them before anyone else. The push to be first by default means you can't spend a lot of extra diligence making sure it's absolutely correct. Being first is ALL that matters.

"Breaking" a major story from the perspective of one person, only to go back multiple times to edit MAJOR details and not make them public until being called out like crazy is wildly unprofessional. Also, me pointing out that people are jumping to conclusions based on a report that was one-sided and has been edited now multiple times due to inaccuracy isn't conspiracy theory - it's logic. Good point. Usually the cops don't even need proof before they make a DV arrest. It's all on her word. There probably was a cover up of some sort, but even with that said the media is blowing this up like it's Trump that grabbed her by the throat.

Well having those pictures come from her and Zach Smiths incident in 2009, I doubt it would be hard for them to not believe her. If there was a cover up, this won’t end good for tOSU. I’m not sure there was though. Still need more to come out.

LMAO this is absolute horseshit. Eleven Warriors obtained the two police reports - the one recorded in 2015 and the one McMurphy received in July - and NEITHER one has the arrested box checked. Oddly, McMurphy says he has a copy that says he was arrested, yet he will not release it. Did you not know that?

And it absolutely is the case here. In Ohio, if there is any indication whatsoever that an accuser has been abused, the accused is arrested immediately and detained for 24 hours. Yet, he was never arrested.
