Reports coming out Zeke was in a major car accident before the Packers game and the Cowboys and Police covered it up as to not lose Zeke for playoff game. Zeke getting sued and so is Cowboys organization for 20 million. At least Dallas didn’t cover up an attempted murder like with Michael Irvin so they got that going for them.

Not sure how the plaintiff is suing for $20M... if he has permanent injuries the insurance Company would technically cover that unless it exceeds Elliott's policy in which case Elliott has to pay out of pocket, but I doubt his injuries are worth $20M (and Elliott's policy is prob. pretty hefty). How he is suing the Cowboys makes no sense.

Pretty vague details, but I'm not sure how this holds up in Court. Seems like a settlement threat with an NDA so the Boys/Elliott will 'make this guy go away'.

Now as for the NFL investigating this and fining or penalizing the Cowboys, that's a completely separate issue.
