Both suter and parise to minny... 13 yrs, 98M. That's big money... Minny is really trying to reclaim it's team and with such a strong fan base, they really need to improve.

They have a lot of work to do on their defense. Outside of Suter there isn't much there. Some young guys with potential but still a lot of holes in their game and that's about it.

I wonder how these contracts are set up. The league vowed harsh penalties for teams who submit cap circ. contracts. While these have a fairly high cap hit any steep drop off in salary tends to get a lot of scrutiny.

They were decent when they first came in the league, but they got uglier over time... But there 3rd 'minnasota" jersey is really nice looking...

haha and watch torrey mitchell have a career year with like 20 goals now that he's not a shark...

I kinda like it that these 2 players ended up in Minnasota instead of on all the teams that were rumored front runners... I also like how no one in the media even knew bout Minn being one of the front runners.
