They should move Brooks inside and start Lemonier outside.

We originally tried Brooks at ILB when we first got him and it didn't pan out so I doubt anything will change now.

We're better off with what he have and I would even be tempted to give Takeo Spikes a look if it seems Bowman is going to be out longer than 6 weeks into the season.

I would rather go get Larry Grant then Spikes.

With the way Brooks played, I'd rather keep him at his normal spott and try a different plan.

I can't see Lemonier setting the edge or defending against the run like Brooks does on the perimeter...

Let him take his time. He is a great player, but we have been solid with our backups at ILB. And ILB isn't as important a position for him to be rushing back.

I don't think they will risk rushing him back. I am not worried about that. If the team says he will be ready by the start of the season, I believe that means he is recovered. They have too much invested in Bowman to risk reinjury.

We will probably just stick with Wilhoite and Moody until Bowman comes back.

From the reports I've read, Bowman's MCL should be able to heal on its own. It's going to come down to how the ACL recovers post surgery. Bowman was able to strengthen all his leg muscles for two weeks post surgery. This should help his rehab immensely.

Bowman needs to take his time n not rush it.... He's irreplaceable but at the same time the defense can hold on til he returns.

Patrick Willis is going to ball out
