I could see Sumlin or Briles moving to a new program. Do you think A&M or Baylor would take a guy like Kiffin?

Baylor no, and nor do I see Kiffin pursuing that job. Texas AM....hmm. just maybe takes the gamble because, again, Kiffin can sell himself like no other, so he might be able to get TAMU excited about how he could recruit all of Texas..maybe..

I do agree that Kiffin might go middle of the pack program in the Big12 or SEC..Dont see him as a B1G guy, however him and Meyer back in the same conference would be hilarious.

I don't see anybody in the SEC touching him after Tennessee, they would be the laughing stock of the conference.

In all honesty, where does Kiffin end up next year?

-Unemployed (takes a season off)
-NFL OC
-NCAA OC
-Head coach, if so, where?

Why don't you just go celebrate your teams victory and stop masterbating over Kiffin, he is no longer a threat to your teams success or failures...

Trolls will be trolls :laugh3:

That is why I think Kiffin would take Baylor or A&M. With Texas being down, he might be able to talk some big recruits into coming to his school as opposed to Texas. Although even in down years, Texas still seems to draw the biggest in state recruits.

Only place Sumlin would move, imo, is to The League.

I don't know if they would be at all interested, but I could see him taking a job at USC, if he were offered.

Kiffin won't be hired at any credible school or NFL team as a head coach for a very long time.

Guy needs to earn his stripes unlike he has never earned them before. Failure at the Raiders, Vols, and now his dream job in USC now in his recent past.

His father gave him the golden spoon to the coaching profession and he has done nothing but spit up complete shit.

When all is said and done, I see him on some NFL staff due to daddy yet again getting him an "in".

Can't imagine anyone who would want him to be honest. I didn't follow him at usc much. What were his strengths and weaknesses?

He's a very good recruiter, a good OC and playcaller. His biggest problem as a head coach is that he is not a very good leader.

The smart move for him would be to take next year off (USC has to pay him anyway) and then take an OC position somewhere for a few years before he tries the head coaching gig again.

In his favor is that, at 38, he is still young in coaching years, so he has plenty of time to learn.

Against him is that, fair or not, unnecessary drama has followed him to all 3 of his head coaching gigs. Also, from what I hear, he can be pretty stubborn and doesn't really want to listen to advice from others.

I'm guessing in a bathroom, unless he's camping, then he'll likely just go in the woods.

Kiffin has a serious image issue that he needs to address. My advice would be to hire a quality PR firm to advise him, do TV for several years and find several major charities where he can make some quality contributions to.

He has to reinvent the public's image of him.

Aside from his ability to recruit, that will be his biggest selling point. He can go in to an interview and say "Look what I did when I had full scholarships to work with".
